NEURL1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEURL1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,489 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEURL1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen, Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with NEURL1B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEURL1B-to-partner and partner-to-NEURL1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEURL1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEURL1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
