Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEU3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,068 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEU3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC42P, EIF2AP4, and SMAGP. Each is linked with NEU3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEU3-to-partner and partner-to-NEU3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEU3 versus RNU6ATAC42P in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEU3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEU3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
