NEU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEU1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 331 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL478P, RN7SKP245, and MIR3928. Each is linked with NEU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEU1-to-partner and partner-to-NEU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
