Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,700 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEU1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ganglioside catabolic process, Glycolipid catabolic process, and Glycosphingolipid catabolic process. Each is linked with NEU1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEU1-to-partner and partner-to-NEU1 results are reported.
