Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NETO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,515 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NETO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAN, ENPP4, and TSHZ1. Each is linked with NETO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NETO2-to-partner and partner-to-NETO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NETO2 versus NCAN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NETO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NETO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
