Across TCGA cell cohorts, NETO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NETO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH, PRSS54, and OR52K2. Each is linked with NETO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NETO2-to-partner and partner-to-NETO2 results are reported.
