NEPRO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEPRO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,440 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEPRO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR1, ZNF148, and UBXN7. Each is linked with NEPRO in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEPRO-to-partner and partner-to-NEPRO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEPRO versus FXR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEPRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEPRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
