Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NEMP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NEMP1 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NEMP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NEMP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where NEMP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
