NEMP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEMP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,889 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMR1, MTND4P32, and PLD6. Each is linked with NEMP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEMP1-to-partner and partner-to-NEMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEMP1 versus FMR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
