NEMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,204 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP250, MIR6842, and MIR6857. Each is linked with NEMP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEMP1-to-partner and partner-to-NEMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP250 grouped by NEMP1-low versus NEMP1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
