Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NEMF Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NEMF data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NEMF Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NEMF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, PRAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where NEMF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
