NEMF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEMF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,429 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEMF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP3, BAG5, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with NEMF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEMF-to-partner and partner-to-NEMF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEMF versus FKBP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEMF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEMF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
