NEMF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEMF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEMF-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt, EGFR_pY1068, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with NEMF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEMF-to-partner and partner-to-NEMF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt grouped by NEMF-low versus NEMF-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEMF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEMF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
