Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEMF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,188 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEMF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA 5'-splice site recognition, Vesicle tethering, and Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with NEMF in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEMF-to-partner and partner-to-NEMF results are reported.
