NELL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NELL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,786 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NELL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLP1, NRSN2, and FAM86B2. Each is linked with NELL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NELL2-to-partner and partner-to-NELL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NELL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NELL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
