NELFE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NELFE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,928 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NELFE-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTPBP3, MCM3AP-AS1, and ACVR2B-AS1. Each is linked with NELFE in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NELFE-to-partner and partner-to-NELFE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NELFE→partner) and Y-score (partner→NELFE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
