Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEK9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,608 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEK9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with NEK9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK9-to-partner and partner-to-NEK9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by NEK9-low versus NEK9-high in OESOPHAGUS.
