NEK9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEK9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM23, NEUROD4, and ZAN. Each is linked with NEK9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK9-to-partner and partner-to-NEK9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM23 grouped by NEK9-low versus NEK9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
