Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NEK7 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NEK7 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NEK7 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NEK7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where NEK7 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
