NEK7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,361 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OTUD7B, PPIF, and CAMSAP2. Each is linked with NEK7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK7-to-partner and partner-to-NEK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEK7 versus OTUD7B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
