NEK7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,073 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDR2, TAGLN, and MSRB3. Each is linked with NEK7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK7-to-partner and partner-to-NEK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEK7 versus DDR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
