NEK6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,290 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, TRIM32, and PPP1R12C. Each is linked with NEK6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK6-to-partner and partner-to-NEK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEK6 versus FERMT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
