NEK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and JNK2. Each is linked with NEK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK6-to-partner and partner-to-NEK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by NEK6-low versus NEK6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
