Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,466 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic nuclear membrane disassembly, Negative regulation of fatty acid transport, and Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with NEK6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK6-to-partner and partner-to-NEK6 results are reported.
