Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G5, ENPP6, and RBMY1J. Each is linked with NEK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK6-to-partner and partner-to-NEK6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G5 grouped by NEK6-low versus NEK6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
