NEK5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,512 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR35, IFT122, and WDR19. Each is linked with NEK5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK5-to-partner and partner-to-NEK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
