NEK5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 175 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMRK1, AREG, and BST1. Each is linked with NEK5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK5-to-partner and partner-to-NEK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
