NEK4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,973 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC23, DPH1, and NME5. Each is linked with NEK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK4-to-partner and partner-to-NEK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEK4 versus LRRC23 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
