NEK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPT2, FEN1, and NIPA1. Each is linked with NEK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK4-to-partner and partner-to-NEK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPT2 grouped by NEK4-low versus NEK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
