NEK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,828 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUGT1, NEK3_S355, and ESD. Each is linked with NEK3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK3-to-partner and partner-to-NEK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEK3 versus SUGT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
