NEK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,559 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS31, SETDB2, and KLF4. Each is linked with NEK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK3-to-partner and partner-to-NEK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEK3 versus MRPS31 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
