Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP11-1 and KRTAP19-8. Each is linked with NEK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK3-to-partner and partner-to-NEK3 results are reported.
