The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NEK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NEK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and LUSC are the cancer types where NEK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
