NEK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,176 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CWC25, ZNHIT3, and POLE2. Each is linked with NEK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK2-to-partner and partner-to-NEK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CWC25 grouped by NEK2-low versus NEK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
