Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NEK11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NEK11 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher NEK11 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NEK11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LSCC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where NEK11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
