NEK11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,095 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK11-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEXIM1, SLC66A2, and GALNT6. Each is linked with NEK11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK11-to-partner and partner-to-NEK11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HEXIM1 grouped by NEK11-low versus NEK11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
