NEK11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEK11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM71A, ASB18, and USP17L15. Each is linked with NEK11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK11-to-partner and partner-to-NEK11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM71A grouped by NEK11-low versus NEK11-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
