NEK10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,466 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT122, WDR19, and TRAF3IP1. Each is linked with NEK10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK10-to-partner and partner-to-NEK10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEK10 versus IFT122 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
