Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 220 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIMK1, NCOA3, and CPNE5. Each is linked with NEK10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK10-to-partner and partner-to-NEK10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEK10 versus LIMK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
