NEK10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,137 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDHB, PIMREG, and PPP2R2D. Each is linked with NEK10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK10-to-partner and partner-to-NEK10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDHB grouped by NEK10-low versus NEK10-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
