Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEK10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,659 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Plus-end-directed vesicle transport along microtubule, Protein localization to cilium, and Regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with NEK10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK10-to-partner and partner-to-NEK10 results are reported.
