Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEIL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,150 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEIL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to nucleolus, Protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region, and Protein poly-ADP-ribosylation. Each is linked with NEIL2 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEIL2-to-partner and partner-to-NEIL2 results are reported.
