NEIL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEIL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 439 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEIL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVIII-22-2, LINC01609, and MRPL57P7. Each is linked with NEIL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEIL2-to-partner and partner-to-NEIL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVIII-22-2 grouped by NEIL2-low versus NEIL2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEIL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEIL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
