NEGR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEGR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,044 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, CAVIN2, and ADH1B. Each is linked with NEGR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEGR1-to-partner and partner-to-NEGR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEGR1 versus FHL5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
