NEGR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEGR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,731 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF9, SMSP1, and RAD17. Each is linked with NEGR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEGR1-to-partner and partner-to-NEGR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF9 grouped by NEGR1-low versus NEGR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
