NEFL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEFL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,718 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEFL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEFL_S472, UCHL1, and SRP68. Each is linked with NEFL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEFL-to-partner and partner-to-NEFL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEFL versus NEFL_S472 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEFL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEFL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
