Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEFL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,151 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEFL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI16, CORO6, and CHRDL1. Each is linked with NEFL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEFL-to-partner and partner-to-NEFL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEFL versus PI16 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEFL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEFL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
