NEDD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEDD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,492 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, EHD2, and MYO1C. Each is linked with NEDD9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD9-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEDD9 versus KANK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
