NEDD9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEDD9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,791 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELMO1, RIN1, and EPS8L2. Each is linked with NEDD9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD9-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEDD9 versus ELMO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
