NEDD9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEDD9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARID1A, ASNS, and MEK1. Each is linked with NEDD9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD9-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARID1A grouped by NEDD9-low versus NEDD9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
